Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what data we handle when you use FindCarePH, including how we present publicly available healthcare facility information from third-party sources.

1. What We Collect

We do not require accounts, logins, or registrations. We do not ask for names, emails, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers. We do not accept user-generated content.

2. Healthcare Data Sources

FindCarePH aggregates healthcare facility information from publicly available sources, including government registries, Google Business profiles, and other accredited records. This data does not contain personal user information and is used solely to help users discover and access healthcare services.

We do not control, modify, or verify all third-party data in real time. Facility details may change without notice, and users are encouraged to confirm information directly with the provider.

All business names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. FindCarePH does not claim ownership of third-party data and uses it solely for informational purposes.

3. Server Logs

Basic, transient server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, timestamp, pages visited) may be recorded automatically to operate and secure the service. These logs are short-lived, used only for troubleshooting and security, and are not linked to any profile or identifier.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Ads

We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve the service. These analytics do not collect names, emails, or similar personal identifiers and are used only in aggregated form. These analytics tools do not interact with or influence the healthcare facility data displayed on the platform.

We may display contextual or non-personalized ads (e.g., Google Ads) in the future. Ads will not be targeted using personal identifiers because we do not collect that data. Third-party ad networks may place cookies to measure impressions and prevent fraud; those cookies are governed by the third parties' policies.

You can opt out or limit cookies and analytics by using browser settings, built-in "Do Not Track," or ad-preference tools. Blocking cookies may still allow contextual (non- personalized) ads to appear.

5. Third-Party Links

When you click "Get Directions" or similar actions, you may be redirected to Google Maps or other third-party services. Some facility information displayed on FindCarePH may also originate from third-party platforms such as Google Business profiles. These providers may collect their own data according to their policies. We do not control or receive that data.

6. Children's Privacy

The site is a general information tool and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site. Because we do not store user accounts or submitted personal data, our attack surface is limited, but no service is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
